With your library card you can now borrow a portable Sprint Internet Wi-Fi Hotspot from Burton Public Library. Our new wireless lending program is a free service that allows you to take the Internet wherever you go! Continued from page 1. The book drops have been inset into the wall next to the desk; this is intended to separate returns from other items that cross the desk to maintain accuracy. Additionally, we intend to bring our circulating art collection out onto the floor for greater visibility and browse-ability. We then plan to convert the room currently storing the art into a single occupancy quiet study room (it had been a typing room prior to holding art). As I write, construction is underway on the second floor restrooms to improve accessibility. We are also installing diaper changing stations, so caregivers can conveniently and safely tend to their babies. With all these changes taking place, I must sincerely thank all of you for your patience and as always I am available to talk with anyone with questions or concerns. A Message from the Director . . .
